Mohanty leads process advisory, specialises in providing advice on organisational strategy, policy design, and process improvements. His critical thinking and problem solving abilities have helped clients across different industries in streamlining business process, automation with appropriate technological solutions, implementation, and training. He has particular expertise in developing spreadsheet-based solutions such as credit scoring for financial institutions, costing models, HR appraisal systems, MIS reporting, and KPI dashboards. He holds B.Sc in Mathematics and in CA & CMA finals. He has over 20 years of experience in multiple sector assignments in India, UAE, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Mohanty holds certifications in Business Process Management (QUT, Australia), Business Analytics, Lean Management, Six Sigma, and AI Generalist, among others. When Mohanty is not working, you can catch him playing chess or listening to music.
