Apoorva specializes in governance, public financial management, law, and public policy. At MaGC, she works on assignments covering state and municipal reforms, institutional strengthening, strategic planning, climate budgeting, and corporate governance frameworks. Known for her research-driven and analytical approach, she brings strong documentation and communication skills to her work. She has contributed to projects in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and at the national level, working with multilateral agencies, government departments, and state institutions. Apoorva holds an MA in Public Policy and a BA LLB, and is a CII Certified Professional in Carbon Footprint. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, creative pursuits, and music.
