MaGC helps governments design and implement large-scale solutions to overcome today’s pressing governance challenges. Starting off with one urban local government in India two decades back, today MaGC’s governance consulting practice has the pride of having served clients across all three tiers of Government in India as well as governments in Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and Africa, and many development agencies. Our team has worked on the complete cycle covering concept, design, strategy, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of several public finance reform projects. Collectively, our consultants have more than ten decades of Public Financial Management (PFM) consulting experience. MaGC has developed proprietary tools such as the 3PT® framework and ATA©, which have proved effective in reform implementation.
